I’m stuck. The 3-step loop to get your channel unstuck.

I’m stuck.

My channel is not growing.

Everything I post does the same, or worse.

The consequences if things don’t change

  • It’s exhausting and will lead to burnout
  • Low motivation creates weaker content, making the situation worse
  • Another day goes by, and success slips further away

🎯 The 3-step loop that works for everyone on every platform

I’ve worked with almost 100 channels across various niches and audience sizes, and this method works every time. It’s not rocket science and doesn’t require any major changes.

  1. Pick one metric — anything other than views. Views are a measure of success. We’re going to focus on one metric that will create more success. I suggest either comments, average watch time, likes, shares, watched vs. swiped away (for shorts), or anything really. Pick one metric only.
  2. Hyperfocus on it — take a month and try various things to increase it. Using comments as an example, if you get 10 comments on average, take a month and try different things to increase that metric. What can you add or change to get more comments?
  3. Evaluate — It’s been a month. What has changed? Time has passed, and it’s time to look back on the results. Did average comments go up? Out of all the different things tried to increase comments, which worked the best? What didn’t work?

Now, loop!

Go back to step 1, pick a new metric (or even the same metric if you want to try again), and run through another loop.

📈 Views are the result of all the other goals done right

Content doesn’t just “get views”; it has good watch time, good retention, good comments, good likes, etc, and then, as a result, it gets views.

Views = Watchtime + Retention + Comments + Shares + Likes + …

Focus on one metric to grow the final result.

Then loop.
